In China we cook with peanut oil or soybean oil, in other countries the people may cook with sunflower seeds oil or rapeseed oil. In industry we also use many kinds of oil such as tung seed oil, jatropha oil and castor oil. Soybean is a high-quality protein oil extraction plant, oil rate 15%-26%, including protein 35%-45%. Being as the world's most important plant oil, the main producers of soybean contain the United States, Brazil, Argentina, China, India and so on, and it is one of the main sources of the world of cooking oil, plant protein (food and feed). In soybean oil the unsaturated fatty acid as high as 65% above, including linoleic acid content is 52.1% linolenic acid 2%-10%, so soybean oil has quite high nutritional value, but its stability is not good.

Rapeseed is the only one high fuel oil plant which can be planted all over the world. It is one of the main oil mill equipment and source crops of our country. The grain of rapeseed is the one of main raw material leaching oil varieties. Its cultivation spreads the nation, and it is divided into two mass rape as winter rape and spring rape. The production accounts for the oil output by more than 30%, planting area accounts for the oil crops more than 40% of the total area. With oleaginousness of 35%-50%, it is the highest in the world.

The peanut is a kind of important high oily cent shelled soft fuel which is originated in South America. Rate of kernel in hull is 65%-75% and rate of oil in kernel is 40%-51%. It is one of the most important rod oil contents and protein resources which contains protein for 25%-31%. Peanut oil is made from peanut kernels after leaching of oil. Peanut oil is dry oil, pale yellow, good diaphaneity, delicious flavor, is good cooking oil.Sunflower seed is originated in Mexico, according to use it can be divided into edible sunflower and multiple cropping oil sunflowers.


Ordinary sunflower grain, including shell for 30%-40%, including oil for 29%-30%, rate of oil in kernel is 40%-65% of the oil. Most of multiple cropping oil sunflowers seeds are small and black; the entire seed oil rate is as high as 45%-54%. Shell containing rate is low to around 22%, kernel contains protein for 21%-31%. Sunflower seed oil is a high-quality cooking oil, known as the "nutrition oil", its linoleic acid content reaches as high as 70%, can reduce the cholesterol of human body, it contains more unsaturated fatty acid and vitamin E, easy to be absorbed by human body.
